Xavier Durana
Xavier Durana has worked extensively, since 2000, in the development and construction industries. Mr. Durana has experience in commercial, residential, and hi-rise mixed-use condominium projects, totaling over $300 million in contracts.
His responsibilities include preparing and administering contracts, overseeing daily subcontractor construction activities, and maintaining client satisfaction.
He is actively involved in the business development and construction operations of the company.
Raymond Mendez
Raymond Mendez has worked in the construction industry, overseeing construction developments since 2003. Mr. Mendez’s experience is in multifamily housing, commercial build-outs and custom high-end residential projects.
His duties include supervision of ongoing projects, estimating, resource management, and employee operations as well as upholding customer satisfaction. Mr. Mendez is a Certified Florida Licensed Residential Contractor.
